New Aviation categories
These new aviation-specific categories make it easier to filter reports and build alerting rules around operationally relevant events:
- Airspace closure
- Airspace violation
- Airport closure
- Flight restriction
- Security breach
Moreover, the category “Aviation”, previously under “Sector”, has been moved to the new category group Aviation:
Use them to quickly identify airspace and airport disruptions, track violations, and monitor security-related incidents that may affect flight operations, passengers, and critical infrastructure.
New Maritime category: Illegal fishing
We also introduced a new category for Illegal fishing, to support users tracking maritime security risks and illicit activity at sea—especially when combined with geofencing, vessel-related keywords, and trend analysis.
