We are on a mission to expand our client base and strengthen our market presence, and we’re looking for a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team.
Role Overview
As a Lead Generation & Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, managing outreach, and scheduling demo calls with our sales team. You will also support our marketing initiatives by creating engaging content, such as blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
– Research and identify potential leads through multiple channels (Sales Navigator, databases, industry directories, etc.)
– Qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile
– Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate interest and book demo calls
– Maintain and update our CRM with accurate lead and activity data
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
– Support content creation: blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns
– Monitor and analyse lead generation metrics to optimise outreach strategies
Requirements
– 2–5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar role
– Proven track record of generating and qualifying B2B leads
– Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
– Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
– Highly organised with excellent time management skills
– Ability to work independently in a remote (online) work environment
– Solid content creation skills (blog writing, social media posts, email campaigns) are a must
– Previous experience in the security / resiliency industry is a strong advantage
