Online Internship | Business development


Role description

Hozint is looking for online interns to provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives.

The intern will be responsible for generating leads through social media and emails and for producing marketing material and blog posts to promote brand awareness.


Main tasks

      • • Research and identify new leads
      • •  Contact prospects to qualify leads
      • • Schedule calls and live demos with qualified leads
      • •  Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
      • •  Research and maintain lead generation database
      • •  Conduct customer research
      • •  Produce marketing material and blog posts
      • • Social media marketing
      • •  Provide accurate and timely information to management
      • •  Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process;


Qualifications and Experience

      • • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Marketing or Business Administration
        • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
        • Excellent writing and drafting skills in English (other languages are considered an asset)
        • Previous experience in Lead Generation is considered an asset
        • Experience with cold calling/emailing
        • Experience with research and maintaining databases
        • Strong project and time management skills
        • Experience with using social media (LinkedIn, Twitter)
        • Reliability and ability to work remotely
        • Dynamic and well-organised, with an eye for detail
        • Good interpersonal skills


      • Term: 4 or 6 months.
      • • Workload:  20h/week; Flexible hours;
      • • Remuneration: unpaid;
