We’re excited to announce a new productivity-enhancing feature on the Hozint intelligence platform: Mark as Read.

With the increasing volume of reports analysts manage daily, keeping track of what’s already been reviewed versus what’s new can be a challenge. The Mark as Read feature solves this by giving users a simple way to track what they’ve already acknowledged.

Once a report is marked as read, it disappears from the “Unread” view, allowing users to maintain a clean and actionable workspace.

Designed with efficiency in mind, this feature allows users to acknowledge a report and remove it from their immediate view—helping them focus on what matters most: new and relevant intelligence.

How It Works

We’ve made the feature as intuitive as possible:

Toggle Your View: At the top of the list view, a new toggle bar lets you switch between:

• All: Displays all reports regardless of status.
• Unread: Displays only reports you haven’t marked as read.

Marking Reports as Read: You have two options:

• Open the Report: Simply viewing the report in detail automatically marks it as read.
• Click the Icon: Use the “Mark as Read” icon directly on the report card to acknowledge it instantly, without opening it.

Multi-List View Compatible: This feature works seamlessly across all list views, both on the map view and on the multi-list.

Why It Matters

This is more than a UI update—it’s a workflow optimization. By enabling users to quickly clear out acknowledged reports, we reduce clutter, enhance situational awareness, and allow analysts to focus their attention where it’s needed most.
